Figure it out. There's a few ways of doing it. This is the easiest way.
You go here ~/Templates
And just add the files you like to see in your right-click menu.
This is how I did my.
cd Templates
touch 'New Text File.txt'
Now you right click in your File Manager you'll have the option to add a new text file. New Documents > New Text File.txt
I change my menu Icon to the Solus icon. Looks pretty cool.

Looks like not activity at WattOS site. That is never good. Might have to choose another distro. To install on that secondary internal SSD.
